The platform is hosted on Microsoft Azure with SOC 2 certified infrastructure. BAA agreements are available for Enterprise customers.

When you record a patient's symptoms, the AI maps them to therapeutic terpene targets using published research (clinical, preclinical, and in-vitro evidence). It then searches 50,000+ real dispensary products, calculates a match score based on terpene profile alignment, and ranks results. Each recommendation includes evidence levels, terpene breakdown, and product availability. You also get an AI Chat Assistant for natural-language questions about strains and terpenes during consultations.

We currently track menu and product data from Cookies (18 locations), MUV (36 stores), Flowery, Trulieve (162 stores), Curaleaf (45-60 stores), and Surterra. Product data is refreshed every 2 hours between 8am-10pm EST. The Symptom-Based Product Matching engine shows real-time stock availability, pricing, and active deals across all networks. We are actively adding Sunnyside, Liberty, Fluent, VidaCann, and RISE.

Yes. Each patient gets a secure, self-service portal with passwordless magic-link login. They can view their active recommendation status, upcoming appointments, and pay outstanding balances online. Patients receive a welcome email with portal access when you register them.

Yes. The portal supports bulk patient import so you can migrate your existing patient panel without re-entering data manually. Each imported patient automatically receives a welcome email with portal access.

Add doctors and staff with role-based access controls, configure departments and supervisors, set up quick actions (check-in, schedule, print) per staff member, and manage pinned patients. Each team member gets their own preferences and interface customization. Enterprise plans include unlimited staff accounts.
